LA Title solutions is my go-to title company in Lee County, and we've been using their services as a family of real estate investors, for many years now.

Tara and Doris have always been very quick, communicative and professional. There are no hiccups, surprises or issues, and if there happens to be any that may arise, they will address and correct it immediately.

It's always nice to have an honest and trustworthy title company in your corner to support you and facilitate the deal whether you are on the buyer's side or the seller's side.

I normally never put bad reviews on a company unless it's a real bad. We got our closing done through la title solutions because we were forced by seller to go through this company. After three months of closing and having title in hand we got papers for the tax exemption and we have another person from 2005 on our title.its been a nightmare dealing with these people.

If what you are looking for is a small team to trust in your real estate transaction where timing is of the essence and failure to perform may costs you money, then LA Title is the place for you! Tara's professionalism is what you not would expect from a small "Mom and Pop" shop were responding to customers in a condescending way and not directly answering questions posed such as the the cost of what you are paying for the services rendered. In my personal experience, my file was lost amongst all the other closings. This is a Title/Closing company where being organized is a prerequisite! It would similar to being a mechanic trying to add gas to an electric car. (Yeah it was that bad). Rather than apologizing for the error, LA Title are experts in obfuscation and not owning up to their mistakes. Perhaps Tara should enroll at her local community college on how to run a small business or at least look at some youtube videos.

when i buy my property i do the paperwork here, was excellent service , 6 months later i call them for some paper that i couldn’t find and less than 5 minutes they email me the paperwork.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE...
They refused to fund the deal after money was received by the buyer and all docs were in. It feels as if Tara has fun making you miserable. She invents problems, and after you fix one, she invents another. Our situation is now a disaster and will most likely end up in litigation. This place is causing problems on both sides.
