We had the privilege to work with Kelly on both the purchase of our permanent residence condo and the sale of our vacation/ temporary residence condo. Both transactions progressed and closed without a hitch. That was thanks to Kelly and her team. We were not familiar with Florida real estate dealings as we had lived in Illinois for over 65 years. Kelly and her team held our hands throughout the processes and anytime we had a question or a concern they were there immediately to respond.

Our permanent residence condo was fully furnished and the seller refused to give us the option to not include the furniture. Most of the furniture was dated and not in good condition. That was almost a deal breaker until Kelly stepped in and promised to have all unwanted furniture removed from the premises before our move in date. She and her team delivered as promised. She also gave us a full listing of contractors and suppliers if we proceeded to do any remodeling. We have used several of the recommendations that Kelly and given us and we were very satisfied with their pricing and the quality of their work. We would hate to think where we would be if not for Kelly and her team. They delivered and exceeded all of our expectations in getting us to where we are today. They treated us like we were their only client.
