The staff is very responsive to any questions I have posted to them. They return phone calls in a reasonable time. If they are required to do any research with my insurance company, the follow-up response time is within a day. When asked about rate increases they know the reason why and always offer to quote my policy out to other firms and if I say 'yes', the comparison data is emailed in an easy to compare format.
