We stayed in Naples with my family for a week.
We were a bit worried about coming there shortly after the hurricane - but had a wonderful time.
There were some sand piles on the streets - thats all.
The house was clean and well taken care off. Everything for BBQ, cooking, laundry was right there. Beautiful table and chairs on a patio - where we used to spend most of our evenings.
WIFI was fast enough ( my daughter had to work). And all my questions were replied right away.

We loved mild Naples climate.

Beach and sand were just prefect - and so the weather during our stay.

All I want is to be able to come back 😀!

We had such a wonderful experience at the home we rented! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and my husband stayed on the dock fishing night and day. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us that came down. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, but we were also very close to restaurants and stores on the island. We were able to use the bicycles in the garage to ride down to the beach which is right at the end of the road. The pool table, puzzles, and games were nice for those rainy Florida afternoons. This was our first time to Marco Island, but we hope to come back and continue to use this company for our vacation needs.

This house was wonderful! This was a much needed trip with my sisters and their spouses. The pictures really don’t do the house justice. The pool was wonderful and the view is fantastic. We had a couple things come up and the management group was very quick to respond and get our questions answered or the issue fixed. We will return to this house! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a great deal within walking distance. We took many walks around the neighborhood.

My family of 5 adults stayed and had a wonderful time. We used the pool daily, walked to the beach, fished off the dock, and even saw dolphins playing in the canal in front of the house. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was an additional bedroom that we didn’t use.

What an amazing property. This property won’t disappoint. The location and privacy is like no other. We always felt like we were the only ones around. Daily sun sets and dolphin/manatee sightings were the highlights of our week. I was shocked at the amount of dolphins and manatees we saw. The house was well stocked with all the necessities (and then some). I would HIGHLY recommend this property. We will definitely be back!!

I have being renting houses on the island for 20 years and have been completely satisfied. Our rental that we rented was damaged by the hurricane and I was notified by Marco Vacation Rentals and was given a full refund and was offered any other rentals they had available. My husband and son and law love to stay on the river so this was the only house available and we were willing to pay $1000.00 more for the view and the fishing opportunities. Even though we only needed three bedrooms.
I had talk to Katelyn many times and making sure this house had not been flooded and the pool was cleaned and was ready to rent. The last conversation we had she said she just left the house the pool had been emptied and filled and new landscaping was being put in. When we pulled up to the house there was a sectional, refrigerator, mirror and many other things out front of the house noted this house had not been flooded. The pool was dirty, no chemicals in pool, sand and leaves all over the bottom of the pool. The trash cans were completely full. And the side yards where unbelievable. The walk way to the dock was non existing due to leaves, boards, trash and hoses all over the place. The only issue Katelyn told me that there was a board loose at the dock. (my husband went and bought a hammer and fixed). The pool was cleaned on Monday, we were not able to use until Monday afternoon. The trash out front was cleaned up on Thursday evening but the refrigerator is still there. The trash out front was put out knowing the house was being rented and had nothing to do with the hurricane it was a sectional that was replaced 4 months ago per Katelyn, the homeowners was just using the hurricane situation to get rid of it. Every time we pulled up to the house the smell was horrible. Even neighbors were complaining.

I also had a 4 year old grandson there, the outside of this house is UNSAFE for children. I cannot believe the rental company or homeowners would take on liability of renting this house in the condition that it is. (See Pictures below).

Management told me there was nothing they could do unless the house was deemed completely uninhabitable. The outside was completely uninhabitable in my opinion. I hope this help someone else from renting this property and ruining there vacation as it did ours. Marco Island is a beautiful island and for a home owner and rental company to rent something in this condition is unbelievable. The realtor was trying to blame the Hurricane for the issues these issues have been there for years.... DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE 313 POLYNESIA CT. MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA

The house was well equipped, comfortable, and updated. Terrific location. Everything we needed was on hand. There were 7 adults in our group and this property can handle even more people. We kayaked, pool time, and beach time. Marco island is one of my favorite destinations and this house extremely hospitable.
