Exceeded expectations. Kurt, Felicia and their team helped us sell our Carmel Valley (92130) house in June/July 2022. They provided us with solid advice on how to prepare our house for sale, suggested great vendors to work with, had a phenomenal photographer to show our house, and used logical and effective sales & marketing strategies to help with the sale. We listed our house just after the market downturn, but they still brought in multiple offers and helped us finalize a sale in a very short amount of time. Kurt's negotiating skills helped us avoid lots of mistakes that we had experienced with previous real estate deals and we were so happy with how everything turned out.
