From the application process to the finally moving in, Stephanie and Brittney made it such a smooth and easy process to get everything that was needed. They have a wonderful welcome packet that is so helpful getting you settled in. The apartments are spacious, cute and cozy, we have a 2/2. The apartment was clean and up to date and so far a friendly neighborhood. We are so blessed and thankful to have found this community.

We moved in recently to Somerset Palms. The application process was very easy and straightforward. Stephanie and Britney were very helpful and set us up with the apartment we need and all the requirements we wanted. The move-in was very smooth.

The apartment was very nice but it had some maintenance work to be done to it. We put several maintenance work and they were accomplished within the next day or maximum next 2 days.

Yoan was very professional, efficient, and quick. He knows about almost everything and he qlways make sure to explain what he's done and make sure it is 100% fixed. Everytime he comes to do maintenance I am relieved as I know that the work will be accomplished.

I put 4.5 stars, and not 5 (even though everything deserves 5 stars due to all the professionalism) just because of the maintenance work that needed to be done after moving in.

This review is being written in January so thr AC is not much used, therefore this review does not reflect the AC efficiency with Florida heat. The review will be updated accordingly in the summer.

If you're looking for an affordable , nice, comfortable apartment, this is the place to look at! I'm so impressed with the management, they will help you thru the application process, show you around and advise you of everything you will need! They take care of any matters that may arise very professionally. They keep the common areas clean and updated!
The dog park is so wonderful if you have pets! Freshly painted buildings with landscaped plants and flowers that are taken care of by the lawn maintenance team! The maintenance team is fantastic and are so readily available to help if something ever happens! Somerset palms has a company in place that comes and sprays for bugs, etc.. it's Florida and with that comes the bugs but Somerset makes sure their tenants apartments are bug free ! The pool area and gym are nice for all ages! They have a grill and patio area to relax and get together with friends or neighbors to enjoy the amenities! It's a very kid friendly neighborhood in which is safe and fun the for the kids! I live in one of their 2 bedroom apartments and work from home, there's plenty of space for my home office and bedroom with the second bedroom as a guest bedroom. The kitchen area has white cabinets and a breakfast bar area. They have big walk in closet and nice bathrooms with ample room for everything you need! Somerset Palms has a great team of management that truly cares about all their tenants! I have recommended this place to my friends and to those who ask me about this place or where to go to rent.. and will continue to recommend this fantastic apartment complex! it's truly a lovely safe place, clean, with ground crew walking around making sure it stays clean.
it's reasonably priced, they do NOT raise their rent as stated by someone from a past review, you sign a contract and in the contract it will state the rent you agree upon according to the number of bedrooms you choose.. just like anywhere else.. The location is perfect, the commute to any place your looking for will nearby.. It's so close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, golfing, storage facilities, close to the interstate, Mercato, Bonita Springs, Naples, and close to convenience stores, great location! The wonderful management team even has a food truck stop in to serve their tenants wonderful meals, a nice break from having to cook or go out! They think of everything here to make their tenants life easier, relaxing, enjoyable and most of all, a safe clean environment and a place to call home! You can tell that Everyone here at Somerset loves what they do, so friendly and helpful! They truly make their tenants feel very at home here! Do not hesitate, give the wonderful, friendly, professional office team a call, they will answer any questions or give you a tour!
