i have lived in my home in cape coral for over five years,it is managed by mw frey and son,my garage door will not open,noone in their office will return my calls,my attorney, michael belle,is working to resolve the issue,any time you call mw frey and son noone ever answers the phone,i have to assume this is due to the number of complaints they receive on a daily basis,my issue has now been resolved.

Michele has zero communication skills. We barely received any call backs and maintenance requests were never fulfilled. Communicating with this company is near impossible. If you are under the age of 40 they will not take you seriously. I hired a professional cleaning company and was denied a security deposit back. It’s terrible when your landlord thinks of you as a lesser individual. Do not recommend

The worst communication with Michele ever. Maintain request was a joke they take weeks before they get you any help with your work order. Getting a your deposit back is a joke. This management company needs a lot of improvements this one is unprofessional.

I’m writing yet again, as I have numerous times before, about the problem I’m having with my refrigerator in my unit. The same problem I’ve had since I’ve moved in 3 months ago. After a repair man was finally sent over, and he determined that the refrigerator was not worth repairing 2 weeks ago, I’m still left with the same dangerous and unbearably noisy refrigerator that was in the unit when I first moved in. I’ve tried numerous times to contact you about the lack of progress on this problem through email, text message, and unreturned phone calls. Could you please provide the name of your superior I could contact to try to get some attention to this matter, as I have lost all confidence in this process. I will be sending this email to some others in your company who I think may be able to help, but I prefer for you to give me the correct name so I don’t have to bother people unnecessarily. Thank you,

They are the worst to deal with and never get back to u on repairs . You have to keep after them then they send to many contractors that have nothing to do with the issue so you just give up n stop waiting your time with them . If you can find another place please do
