Alex was an amazing realtor and as a Naples native was able to provide expertise on all the areas of town I was interested in. His knowledge as it related to the inspection / insurance / mortgage process and ensuring all deadlines were met was key. We have dealt with Alexander Daane over a number of years. He sold our first condo in Naples, Florida in 2016 and got us a very good price for it. Since then Alexander has kept us up to date on offerings in the Naples area and when we decided to buy again this year (2021) he was our agent. Alexander gave us all the important information on what was available, pricing and market conditions. He walked us through the process and provided us with useful contacts for financing, inspections, etc. We managed to close on the purchase without a hitch and all via long distance, thanks to Alexander. He is very knowledgeable, super patient, extremely responsive, very diligent and just a very nice person to deal with.
