We’ve done four real estate transactions with Patty and Scott over 10 year period. Buying two houses and selling two houses.

When selling the house they provided suggestions and recommendations on repairs and staging to sell the house at the right price. When an older home came on the market two years ago they provided insights on what was required to update house and key renovations to bring it to its market level.

This April makes it two years of renovations and close to being done.
