Picht & Sons has been a great experience since moving to Tallahassee. They always pick up the phone and ready to assist with all concerns. Their maintenance contractors are very friendly and flexible to meet you at your unit when you need them. So far, there has not been any issues that the property management company cant handle for me. I recommend giving them a call so they can put you in your unit asap. I was moved in 2 weeks after making my call to them.

I love renting from Picht & Sons! I have rented with them a little over a year now and it has been hands down the best property management company I have rented with in Tallahassee. They are responsive, attentive, and they care that I am happy to live where I do! Anytime I have ever had to put in a request (rare - everything is well maintained!) it has been dealt with the very next day and whenever I have questions, they are answered as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. If you want to be happy living in Tallahassee, definitely rent from Picht & Sons!

Summer Tree is a quiet place to live , since Picht and Sons have taken over and their the new management my work orders are being completed and they are doing a wonderful job with the renovations. My emails and calls always get retuned in a timely matter! Wonderful experience since new management has taken over!

I am a Proud residence at Mariah Circle. I’ve been here for 2 1/2 years great Management great lawn care service great maintenance crew reliable office. Staff is very respectful, loving and kind very courteous and helpful at all times very reachable can help in anyway always willing to lend a helping hand. moving into the neighborhood, get it to know my neighbors they make me feel like one big happy family. We all look after one another thanks to the staff and Management that is very concerned about who they allow to move in. It means a lot.
