Same issue you're seeing with most of the complaints. Lack of customer service. Our check in for their Dakota Lodge property was 4P. It was not ready and they couldn't offer an estimated time. When I asked for a discount or late check in, all they offered was a bottle of wine. They said they would consider a partial refund if the room wasn't ready at 5. They finally called at 530 and offered another property, Expedition Station. This should have been offered the first time around. Our family did not get into our room until 6P. They really don't care. I would avoid all of their properties. The value relative to the location is good, but that's about all they can offer. The room temperature runs hot even with the heater off. You'll need to sleep with the windows open, with that comes noise. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for somewhere that cares. We're currently disputing the charges through our credit card company.

Stayed at the Lakeside Village Condos, right next to the Keystone Lodge and Spa. Check-in instructions were good and check-in location was easy to find, but you’ll have to drive to the actual condo-building. Location of the condo was good, had a balcony and a view of the lake. The condo itself was disappointing and as another poster said, needed a lot of love and attention. Requested a king-bed but the unit had a lumpy queen murphy-bed. Large spot on the carpet soaked with cleaning chemicals, resulting in a strong chemical smell throughout the unit. Tried to air out the unit but one of two windows was inoperable. The other window opened but was really hard to close. Blinds were hard to operate – wouldn’t stay up for us to easily access the patio and another blind wouldn’t close so we couldn’t block out the night-lights from the Village or early morning light. Also was not informed that there was construction going on throughout the building. Very subjective but the décor and appointments were outdated, contributing to the overall lackluster vibe of the unit and building. We splurged for a celebratory weekend but ended up being really disappointed – definitely not worth the price.

This place has absolutely the worst guest service ever and I will never stay here or visit again. I have yet to meet a staff member that knows what they are doing, and no one cares enough to put any effort into helping guests/customers. My most recent poor experience was when I lost an item at an air bnb and after over 2 weeks from when I put in a lost item report and calling multiple times to check on the lost item status, I gave up and drove up to Keystone to look myself and pick up my item (thankfully the unit owner is an angel and helped me out). The reception center made this process so difficult and I assume this was because the front desk attendant had no clue what she was doing.

One of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with. Unresponsive and they lie. This is unfortunate for such a lovely resort. If you own rental property there use a different management company.

KRPM manages our HOA, and fails yearly on upkeep of elevators, expectations, and customer service. They promise first class, and have yet to deliver anything above La Quinta Inn.
