We have used Bighorn as our property management company for about 8 years. In the beginning, they were simply fantastic - responsive, helpful, accommodating. Over the past two years, they have changed. Their office staff is awful. One of their maintenance men stopped working for them, dropping the ball on a couple of issues, and they did not pick it up. They have been unresponsive this past year, and we have incurred numerous unauthorized charges. We are sad to be leaving them. John Forest is a good man and used to run a good company. Unfortunately, this is not the case any longer. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend using this management company any longer.

I have used Bighorn Rentals to rent out my property for 5 years and could not be more pleased. They continually rent out my property for both short term and long term (2-3 months) rentals at excellent rates. They provide necessary maintenance on my unit and offer suggestions on how I can best improve the attractiveness and rentability of the property. I will continue to use them going forward.

If you want to be able to grab your skis out of the ski locker and then walk about 40 steps to the Gondola line then condo-203 is for you. The vast majority of the unit has been redone and one of the things I like best is the size of the family room-it is roomy. It is just steps from Starbucks and other Restaurants and after you are done skiing you can sit on your couch and watch the other skiers come down the mountain. It is hard to explain, but I just love the vibe of this condo. I like being able to look out the kitchen and patio window and see all the action without the noise.

We have used BigHorn to rent condo(s) in Frisco for about four years. This year we experienced our first major issue & when we brought it to the attention of the owner/manager of BigHorn, John Forest, he was rude and uncooperative with regards to our concerns & needs. Mr. Forest did not tell us in advance that we were going to have to endure FOUR days of exterior painting of our condo which caused respiratory irritation problems for the tenants which ranged from ages 10 months to 72 years of age !! + The smell of this exterior paint/stain was horrible & was detected as far away as the Frisco City Hall. NOTE that this is documented in Frisco Police Officer, Cuculis’ Incident Report #2020-3274.
Mr. Forest did NOT provide any monetary compensation, such as reducing the rental cost of the condo, due to his failure to make us aware of this hazardous situation.
