We stayed Thanksgiving week in this clean and cozy property. The view of the lake is perfect from the balcony, although, it snowed 17 inches on the night of our arrival. This did not stop us from venturing out and walking along the paths that are just outside the property!

There are full size front loading washer and dryer with clothes soap also available.

The location of this property is across the street from a grocery store, restaurants and movie theatre. Along with gas stations and many other shopping and other shops very close. This location is fabulous!

This property is immaculate and very clean...Even to a particularly picky person like myself. I felt comfortable in the furnishings. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap and other necessities. Note: there is a full size coffee maker but no pod-type coffee maker.

The parking is covered and assigned. There are a few steps down, directly in front of the parking spot that lead to the elevator. This is extremely convenient to bring luggage to the unit.

One last very important plus point to this property is how QUIET it was. We never heard neighbors or loud music or noises. For being a condo type property, that was a pleasant surprise!

Do not hesitate to rent this property! We will be back.

Wonderful accommodation
Lovely location! The variety of song birds was so lovely to listen to while drinking coffee in the morning, on the patio or reading a book. Lots of humming birds around too! Saw a moose a couple of times, in the evening. Mountain views all around! Can even hear a stream / creek in distance while on patio. Absolutely perfect for a quiet & restful vacation!

We were a family group of seven who stayed four days while attending a wedding in Silverthorne.
The roomy home, convenient location and cleanliness were top notch. The kitchen and appliances were the best. We were thankful most of us could climb stairs easily. We would love to stay again.

Place was roomy with high ceilings and every bedroom had an en suite! Loved the heated garage too! We had an awesome stay with 2 families and would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The price was right, convenient location to Windy Point nd town. The view is amazing, but we wished for some outdoor seating.
The place is large enough for 8 or 10. It is quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. The communication was awesome for booking.

Don't expect to get anything returned if you leave something behind at a rental. We opened a ticket with Vacasa customer service the night we left and had that night booked too so they didn't clean it until the next day. We gave the exact location of the item we but we left land we told to call back 3 day laters to confirm but of course "they couldn't find anything".

Great home , needs attention.
This is a beautiful spacious log home with an incredible view, just perfect for larger families. Each bedroom had a king size bed and en suite bathroom., plus a generous bunk room. There was an enormous dining table and large living room with stone fireplace that opened to an outdoor deck with phenomenal views. The lower level had a big game room that opened to a lower deck with hot tub. The room really could’ve used a larger area, rug or two or three as when the kids were playing it was so noisy and felt very cold on a winter night coming in from the hot tub. The entry to the garage is very very tight, especially with lots of built-up snow, but it was nice to have the garage. Our only complaints were with the management company because they obviously ignored a number of items that were needed including very clogged garbage disposal that stunk to high heaven, a number of lightbulbs that were out, toilet that didn’t flush, carbon monoxide alarms that had the batteries beeping. Some dirty or stained linens and not nearly enough towels and pillowcases. Stinky trash in the garage upon arrival. We had to call for more dishwashing soap and trash bags. There were no other supplies like aluminum foil or saran wrap so plan on bringing everything or running to the store a lot. There was a nicely stocked spice cabinet. The pluses of the actual house outweigh the annoyances of the management's companies handling. When i asked for a 2 hour extension til noon to check out vacasa said it was unfortunate that i had so many issues, but they would charge me extra for the two hours. Bad management of issues and client. Someone needs to come through and take care of all the details to get this house right including toilet paper holders! We rent luxury properties all the time and have never encountered this many annoying problems upon arrival.

Terrible experience at a Vacasa rental in Dillon. During my stay the homes fire/security alarm went off for over 2 hours with a blaring siren. First I had to call Vacasa corporate and then got redirected to the local operations. They could not get the alarm code from the owner to turn it off. Fortunately I called the fire department and they were able to assess the house to ensure it was safe and did a manual reset with their key. This whole process ruined our night. Additionally the property had numerous other issues as listed below. Vacasa offered an insufficient refund for the amount of issues and is no longer responding. I recommend anyone book elsewhere and avoid Vacasa if they're looking for a vacation rental in the area.

1. Some sheets had stains, we had to do laundry upon arrival.
2. Carpet stains

4. Basement couch broken
5. Dishwasher detergent cover broken
5. Downstairs bedroom window broken and drafty
6. downstairs bathroom toilet paper holder loose
7. Missing ping pong balls and paddles
8. Took 12 hours for the driveway to get plowed, we had 2 of cars get stuck in the driveway that we had to dig out and push
