Wow, thank goodness for Mountain Haven! I owned my own property management company back East and was a very successful real estate broker myself so it was important for me to interview and locate the best property manager for my new Evergreen cabin.
Sandra and Kim have managed my rental now for 3 years and I could not do a better job myself. They have solved any issue small or big during a lease. The standard of practice that they use upfront to screen tenants is exactly what I did in my property management business.

Mountain Haven is hands down the best Property Management Company we have ever rented from!! There were a couple things we asked for maintenance on when we first moved in. Kim and Sandra had it resolved within the first week of us moving in. They are always available if you have any issues as a tenant. They are very helpful and friendly people. They treat their tenants very well!! They also have a plethora of properties that they manage. So if you decide to relocate they will likely have a house for you! Highly recommend!!!
