I highly recommend them. I had to travel internationally and found out my passport had already expired with five days to go. I first reached out to someone else who was promoting renewals in 3-5 days, but after collecting my information and payment told me that they couldn’t do it in time. Then I talked to Michael who assured me that he could still get my passport renewed in slightly over four days, including shipping. I FedExed everything to him Monday night and got my passport Friday morning at 7:30am; my flight was at 11am on Friday. He was very responsive my questions about the updates along the way and provided me with some options just in case there was a delay of a day or so. Many thanks to this team!

We had a family visit overseas set up and after reminding everyone to check their passport I checked mine as I was filling out my rental “van” information and only then noticed “my” passport had expired. That was on Thursday. I contacted Passport Depot in an absolute panic. Michael took me through the required steps to make sure they could get me a passport. First, I only have an Apple iPad and iPhone and limited computer skills. Second, I was about 25 miles north of Houston and our community was hard hit by Hurricane Beryl. The internet had been out for weeks and was slow coming back with a number of challenges as it came up. Michael is a hard task master and really drove the process or I would never have gotten the proper forms filled out correctly and a fed-x to them with two printed government applications, pass port photos, check for the treasury, old pass port etc. by Thursday night on the last fed-x flight to San Francisco. The very bottom line is I received my new passport from Passport Depot on Saturday morning, my flight is Monday. So they would have received my information on Friday morning. I am not sure any other company could have accomplished that task in that timeframe. Many thanks Michael, I am still amazed that I will board on Monday.

I can't thank the team at Passport Depot enough! What could've been a disaster ended up a seamless, worry-free process. Michael and Christine truly are miracle workers! They went above and beyond to expedite my passport renewal. They guided me through the necessary documents, meticulously reviewed my application, and addressed any questions I had with patience and expertise. Their attention to detail was remarkable. I signed up for the 6 week expedited, but amazingly they got it into my hot little hands in 2-1/2 weeks! Amazing!
