Terrible management company- it must be a VC firm or something.

At the property I was staying at, there were rats around the property and it was adjacent to a low-security mental health facility that has some questionable characters hanging out around the property. The door was manually locked when I arrived and I had to wait almost 2 hours in the rain for someone that lived over 25 miles away to open the door. When I went to take a shower, there was no hot water and there was no hot water for the rest of the stay. When I turned on the heater, some disgusting black stuff was released and flew all over the room and my belongings. The place had some serious drug-den vibes and is located on top of a restaurant that plays live music until late.

I asked the company for a token refund amount to recognize these inconveniences and downright negligence and the property management company refused. Seriously- $25 would have been enough.

Does this a company you want to do business with? Work for? Invest in? Customer always comes first, and I'm pretty sure this place will be going under soon.

Note to management- get a real MBA at a real school and maybe you will learn about the hospitality industry.

This is the most unprofessional “management company” I’ve ever come across. They do not attend to tenants needs. The unit was supposed to have a washer and dryer, you can see below where there once MAY have been but clearly hadn’t been for a while. There was black mold all throughout the bathroom. Cob Webs Everywhere! Dust, dirt, and stains all over the walls. Even the biggest selling point was the deck “to have a nice cup of coffee on”. Unfortunately the deck was falling apart so much my 5 year old was not even able to go outside in the back. When you write them that something is wrong, you get back a generic pre automated message that has zero to do with the question asked. I said to the property manager “the electricity breaker is off”I tried contacting them for hours and hours. 24 hours later he responded, “hope you are enjoying your stay, let us know if you need anything”. AVOID ANY PROPERTY ASSOCIATED WITH MyVRHost!
