Current tenant at a unit managed by Delta Property Management. Shannon was great to work with during the leasing process. Her communication was great and she was quick to provide a tour of the property. I really appreciate how Delta uses AppFolio. It really makes payment processing, payment tracking, and scheduling maintenance requests extremely simple and easy. Recently, I had some issues with the unit's heater and refrigerator. I scheduled a maintenance request on a Sunday in AppFolio, by Monday both vendors reached out to schedule appointments, and by Tuesday the heater and refrigerator were fixed and the vendors were reliable and easy to work with. I'm really pleased with how responsive the team at Delta is and how they handle issues promptly. Highly recommend working with Delta if you are an owner or a renter.

Horrible , they don’t Address safety hazards in their homes, even after a Professional was contacted and paid out of Renters pocket to prove of the house health issues.”pest feces in addict, they refused to remove or disinfect” .after receiving my real estate license I have looked more into this company and realize my family has made a huge mistake by renting from them. Most of their homes are deemed inhabitable, but they still charge the full amount if not more than the average price in town, therefore taking advantage of the housing market being sold not allowing anybody in the area to afford a well-maintained home because the home next-door is crap and being rented by Delta property management .so I just wanted to put a thank you for not only destroying the homes on your rental list and making people live in them for twice as much money, but screwing up the whole housing market in Fresno , starving people of that opportunity as well but as I can see from your others reviews, this is a common thing Amongst your clients, so this is a warning for anybody who would like to do business with Delta property management t , They don’t upkeep their homes to a to health and regulation standards, they charge more than the average property management company which forces the owner to raise rental prices , they won’t return a phone call or email With simple concerns ,they don’t pay their “contractors” a sufficient amount for a job hence why the job isn’t done correctly and they don’t use the correct contractors . Everything from the time my family has walked into the home till now when everyone in the family has breathing , all there been is procrastination and excuses ,everything has been a façade a lie And a Dodge to get out of Sticking to the standards of rental a management company and making sure your clients have safe Clean manageable home to occupy when contracts are signed, not to leave your client in the dust and animal shit . literally………..im was very pleased to not be associated with your company .. as for being a vendor this would be the reason I know your contractors are not the correct ones and your homes are ill managed . I appreciate you trying turn this into a personal issue with my previous company because people who look at this rearview, don’t understand the background on how you How do you treat Your customers and vendors it shows exactly the kind of ppl you are Again, this has nothing to do with previous professional relationships But the way your homes are managed, and your clients concerns are addressed, which seems to be . In proficient, I will gladly be posting pictures of feces in my mother’s home Addict that has not been Addressed. And as for t The professional relationship with my company as one of your vendors You took full advantage of using my staff who washes windows and mows lawns that is it , to perform other tasks that our company does not perform While taking advantage of not paying For those tasks. I’m sorry for showing how incompetent your company is when working with other But for some reason, you felt the need to bring this into the conversation when it had nothing to do With how you manage homes again, this proves the passive aggressiveness that your clients will be dealing with If they decide to Partake real estate With Delta property management ..Instead of arguing on Google, it would be nice to receive a call and have the health issues addressed In my mother’s home .thank you !

UPDATE AFTER MOVING OUT:
We were tenants with Delta for 4.5 years and I am so grateful for the way they handled everything. From move in to move out 5 star experience. If ever they decide to come to Idaho I will recommend them to everyone I know! Great experience all around! They are fair and proactive, communicate clearly and respond super quick! Usually within the hour, and that was consistently true for our entire time with them. Email, phone call, text, Amazing! We had roof leaks, oven failure, garage door issues, tree trimming, all handled quickly and efficiently. I can't give a higher recommendation or vote of confidence in Delta. Good, fair and honest. All of them.

UPDATE AFTER 4 YEARS: Communication has continued to be amazing! This team is reliable and they've treated us like we're valued, never a burden nor annoyance. The addition of Shannon has been fantastic! There have been times I've called but decided not to leave a message and call back later, but moments later Shannon is calling me back to tell me she missed my call! I've never experienced customer service this good! Any maintenance issues we've submitted online were responded to the same day. They have the repair person call us to schedule directly. It's been truly a great experience.
We've opted to have rent deducted from the checking account automatically, you select the date or switch to manual pay but it's great to have this online. Your rental agreement is available on there as well, if you ever wonder what it says.
This whole experience has been great. I can't give them more than 5 stars but I would if I could. This team is there for us, which means they're taking excellent care of the homes they manage.
As a tenant I highly recommend this team to home owners and renters to manage their home. They take great care of us and have never let us down! 4 years of consistency says a lot about their dedication. Lazy? NEVER, not in 4 years have I ever seen this!

I have had a great experience going through the rental process with Mark and his team. Everything went quickly, documents were available online to sign, I was able to pay everything online - even the deposit! Appointments were on time, communication was stellar and replies were quick as well!
I can't speak to other property management companies, but I've heard the horror stories, I'm relieved to say that this is not one of them! I'm grateful we found Delta Property Management & a great home for our family!

Nothing but a postive experience renting a home with Delta Property Management company. The home we rented was beautiful and any time we reached out to Delta for service requests, they always responded in a timely manner.
All of the employees were always kind and helpful for an overall great experience during our multiple years of renting.

After acting as our own property managers for two years, and getting burned by two sets of tenants, we decided to have Delta Property Management handle our rentals. It was the best decision we ever made as rental property owners, and we sleep at night knowing that our rentals are in capable, trustworthy and reliable hands. We like to have long term renters in our single family houses, and Delta has always been able to find just the right tenants, with little, to no down time when a tenant does decide to move on. They have high standards, and do very thorough background and due-diligence checks on potential tenants, and keep us updated on progress. They have a great network of handyman trades for whatever repairs need to be made, and they always contact us to approve repairs and costs. Because they know the local real estate market and are very experienced, they know how to price properties in every neighborhood in the Fresno/Clovis area. They are even willing to come out and do hands-on help, like when we needed a new clothes dryer picked up, and they went to the store and picked it up and delivered it to one of the rentals themselves. They have a very professional web portal for owners to look at billing, repairs and download year end tax documents. All in all, we are very happy with Delta Property Management, and would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about getting a rental property, or who are tired of the time and effort needed to manage a rental on your own.
