Your service includes quarterly cleanup of surface debris on our lake. After the cleanup that was done last week there were coconuts and a palm frond floating at the shoreline next to my house. In other words, the work was not done properly. This will be discussed at our next HOA meeting

Solitude's telephone customer service is outstanding. I called for a complicated billing question. Raquel Mason provided A+ customer service. In my career I have ran very large customer service departments and call centers. There is no doubt that Raquel would be at the top of the list. Her professionalism with just the right amount of friendliness was very refreshing. I can not compliment her enough. Congrats on having such high quality individual as Raquel.

No communication. When the office is called, supervisor is notified however that person never gets back to our company. Many phone calls placed and finally I spoke to the people treating our lake while they were here. I could not get materials that I asked for from office (ie MSDS sheet and label ) faxed to us I never got that.
