I met Casey in 2012 after having watched his Video Blogs for years. His pulse on the Fort Lauderdale real estate market made it an easy decision to engage him to list my Fort Lauderdale Beach townhome. The amount of time and money he spent on marketing the property vastly exceeded my high expectations. He produced a video, photographic, and drone presentation that brought in serious interest from Day 1. In fact, within days Casey had assembled a group of buyers who were actively submitting offers. The result was a call for "highest and best" offer that yielded me a substantial all cash offer that exceeded my asking price by tens of thousands of dollars.
