Rachael Walker is simply the best realtor with whom I have ever worked. She is thoughtful, thorough, understanding, easy to work with and not pushy. We are purchasing at least two homes with the aid of her services and Tenace is lucky to have her. The only negative part of the entire experience has been Tenace's insistence on using some useless survey company to review their agents. They won't let you post a review unless you identify yourself as a man, woman or "non-binary" ...whatever the freak that means. They really need to stick to Realty and not bring in these woke ret@rdeds from the northeast to do their client surveys. This is Trump country and we don't need any northeast garbage down here.

I just walked into this agency and I must say after 25 years as circle of excellence Realtor in New Jersey I was shocked at the attitude of whoever that was on desk at 1:15 May 7, 2021!
Rude person to busy with a rep of some sort to answer any questions in a professional manner.
I am a cash buyer asking about the area and she treated me as if I were below her. This person really needs to get out of the business because she will never make it with that attitude!
Wish I could give this agency no stars due to no service.

There are not enough good things to say about Cobblestone and how it helped my family move in to Jupiter with ease and certainty. They’re courteous and attentive. I called and walked in within a few minutes. I was promptly and warmly greeted. Everyone was nice. I spoke to one of their realtors. She provided me with good information around their local areas and was very helpful. I feel confident I can work with them.

The great home of Pathway Property! The absolute worst. Fraudulently held half of my security deposit for additional cleaning, though not detailed as to what needed done. The property was not cleaned upon moved in and quickly painted in as few spots as possible so this company could save money. The owner RQR owns these properties and will put as little money as possible into them. Both washer and dryer died during our stay. The washer was replaced with the very cheapest washer possible and the company actually only wanted to repair the dryer that was clearly over 10 years old already and never worked right. The unit we stayed in, 4230 W Main has plumbing issues with the top sinks always overflowing -- I was told by the property manager, Tom James to just buy some Drano! But the worst part is being scammed at the end with majority of my security deposit being eaten away by false repairs!
