Recently bought a house, the owners sold through miss Sharon Wilson. Most of our communication went through miss Sharon, I absolutely adored her. She was amazing through every step and her presence was so calming and welcoming and every interaction was refreshing and made all the stress of jumping through hoops with our lender so much easier to deal with.
As people new to the process, she helped guide us through any confusion we had and we are so grateful to her for being part of the team to help us get into our new house as quickly as we did.

We had an excellent experience with Poole Realty. Our realtor, Nicole Stubenrauch,, was a top notch professional. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and most importantly from a seller’s aspect , got us top dollar for the property! The professional photos she had taken of our home and property really highlighted the home in the best way possible and resulted in a full price offer after the first viewing. Michael De George and Poole Realty recently guided us through the purchase of our new home in Gainesville. Michael was totally responsive to what we said we wanted in a new home. He was supportive of our want and needs and responded quickly and concisely to our many questions. His knowledge of the area and the various vendors in the area has proved to be very helpful.
When we had a glitch at closing Michael was solidly in our corner and did not stop working and advocating for us until the issue was resolved.
