Very pleased with our experience with stringer management and our landlord. Maureen is very on top of things. The second day of us being in the rental the ac unit started acting up and with no hesitation she had somebody out here, on a holiday weekend. Very pleased with her professionalism.

As a long time customer, I found them to be an excellent partner in locating and managing tenants for my sarasota property.
Always efficient and they resolved any repair issues etc with a minimum of headaches on my side, especially as I was located out of state.

Best rental management people around! They are super responsive and are very easy going to deal with.
During the hurricanes that came through our area we had a tree fall on our other property, along with no internet and terrible cell service for over two weeks.
By the time I noticed my payment hadn't gone through for the rental Mike reached out and said don't worry about the penalties for being late and took them off even though it was absolutely my fault.
Along with being super attentive to my growing families needs, they ultimately just care about their tenants and their owners.
10/10 would recommend this company, and Mike specifically!

I have rented a condo through Stringer Management for the past 7 years. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Anytime that I needed a repair, they sent out a technician immediately. Heidi was always available when I called and she was always very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Stringer and Heidi for your property management needs.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Stringer took over management where I rent which is an old house near Riverwalk subdivided into 3 units. The previous management company left a mess of issues that have ALL quickly been remedied. Paying Rent is VERY EASY. ALL MAINTENANCE orders are handled remarkably fast.

In particular, the Property Manager Heidi is super amazing and helpful! She has set a new standard for management performance!

As a GC, Having worked in property restoration, 24/7 emergency services for 15 years, I really respect when a company and staff make themselves available after business hours to solve client problems. Heidi is always ready to support tenant emergency needs and get to solutions fast! She is a rock star! Thank you so much !!
