Beautiful like old Florida. Large spacious rooms on the gulf. Screened porch. Very quiet and peaceful. Of course the sunsets are to die for. Celebrated a family birthday there as well.

Our first time staying at the Little Gull. The proximity to the beach and bay are awesome. Lovely cottages within a minute walk to bay or beach. Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back in the future.

It was our first visit there but it was a really nice place and exceptionally clean. Very friendly and helpful staff . Looking forward to staying here again

Heavy red tide when we went. Couldn't stay on the beach for very long. Otherwise it was very clean...no trash anywhere. And there was lots of room to spread out or walk on the beach. Even if there was lots of people, it wouldn't have felt crowded. The association provides beach chairs.

The red tide has made this beautiful resort almost a ghost town. However, the Little Gull staff continues to maintain impeccable grounds and service for it's time share owners who are willing to bear this tough situation. It was no fun going down to the beach each day looking for dead sea life washed ashore instead of relaxing by the shore. These visits, even in the evening, watching a breathtaking sunset was short lived as the odor overtakes your respiratory system. It made me cough. But, one travelling buddy was not affected. If you're looking for rest, restaurants, family and friends...GO. I enjoyed the peace and quiet (oh...btw, the pool, on the premises, is a great alternative for the water experience.)
