Kristen O’Brien is hands down the BEST realtor in tampa bay. I cant even express how thankful we are for her. She is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, always on time, knows the market extremely well, and has a ton of experience. We felt like she went above and beyond for us. She did tons of research into properties we were interested in, negotiated like crazy for us, was always calm, and held our hands through the entire process. Shes realistic as well and is not going to sell you a property that you wont love. She truly wants you to have the best experience and for you to love your home. I could never use another realtor and you wont regret going with her.

Avoid Carla as your account manager. Cheap and don’t take care of the place I live. They will take long periods of time to remedy any issues. I had my bedroom ceiling cave in one day and it took them a month and a half to find the cheapest roof person they could to fix my roof and they hired some cheap guy to do the drywall it’s already showing cracks again in the ceiling where they did it. The roof guy didn’t replace a bunch of beams when they did their work they still show dry rot. I have termites like crazy which I submitted a request for. Technically pests are my responsibility but since it’s effecting the actual home itself and will require tenting I don’t think that’s really my responsibility to take care of but anyways they had two different people come to my home to get estimates about a month ago and I have heard anything since. I do all the mowing and yard work etc but we had two hurricanes and I never heard from them about getting someone to board windows or anything I took it upon myself to board them myself even though it’s not my responsibility. I had issues with the electrical port the oven is connected to one day and it was smoking and I got worried a fire might start and they sent someone out and then charged me the full bill of about $350 for having the electrician come out even though it’s stated in my lease it’s their responsibility. The only reason I’ve stayed at my place is because it’s one of the few places that’s still affordable and that’s because it’s a dump. I do all the landscaping as stated in the lease which I have no problem mowing but I had to clean up the whole property after two hurricanes not to mention that there was a bunch of debris hidden in the back corner of the property I ended up discarding myself. I’m just fed up with how they treat me and the person who is the account manager for my place is not nice to me and she’s also not nice to the maintenance people or other coworkers. Good luck to anyone renting through this property management company I hope your experience is better than mine. No idea how they have over a 4 I figure it’s not true authentic reviews like most businesses these days.

I’ve been renting through Musgrave for 2 years and Carla is the most incredible person. Not only is she understanding and works with you, but she is always responsive when I have maintenance calls. Will forever choose to rent through them before anyone else!!!

Awful, I unfortunately had Carla for years as my property manager and she was the worst landlord I have ever experienced. Avoid and save yourselves the headache of working with this company.

Not only did I move into my unit and it was disgusting not clean at all. But then when it came for me to move out I had tidied up and they decided to take half of my security deposit to do unnecessary cleaning which was a slap in the face since when I moved in there was still food left in the kitchen never mopped/swept/vacuumed but then were happy to take my deposit to hire Stanley steamer, cleaners, and etc. for next tenant.

Speaking of security deposits I am still awaiting the little amount they didn't decide to spend. Even though I moved out in January and it is now March. Worst property company ever and cannot wait to be done with these people and never speak to or work with them again.

Jeff and his team at the Musgrave Group have been nothing short of awesome! They have always been on point with everything and my wife and I are very happy they are in charge of managing the property we have lived for the past year! Every maintenance request or fixes that have been needed were fixed immediately, I can honestly say I’ve never had a management company be as On-Call as they have been! We are truly grateful and would rent from Jeff and his awesome team again!

need and request in timely manner. From beginning to now, I have not received any tenants’ complaint in regard to her service. Carla operated with great transparency and has always kept me up to date of any major issues. In addition, she has always filled any vacancy in short turnaround time.
