We were coming to the near end of our lease, and we had been so hammered with work at the office that we completely forgot to contact our landlord about our lease. Needless to say, our lease was going to be increased. By sheer luck we came across Randolph T Mason and Joe Denham with Commercial Realty specialists. We had no idea that the range of services they offer.
While we were fighting to get the best rates for our customers, they were getting the best deal for us. Within the first week of our meeting Randy and Joe negotiated terms with our existing landlord and set up appointments with three other office spaces within 5 min of our original location in Newport. To cut it short. Landlord played hard ball, and so by the second week, we secured a new location less than a block away and did it within our budget restriction.
