Starting out with the positive. Some of the clearks and receptionists or managers of city departments are some of the nicest people. They are genuenly understanding assuming your paying your rent on time.

The negatives. Apparently the owner of my particular apartment complex lives out in Sacramento, around 600 miles away from the apartments I live in. They have hubbub manage it. This guy's raising the cost of rent in this small town to match the cost of living in a citys like Sacramento where they reside. The price and cost of living does not match what the average person makes in this rural towns. They are taking advantage of low income families. Before 2020 the cost of living in weaverville was $750 a month for 2 rooms, may sound crazy, but the average wage is minimum 15.50/hr. If you work at the mill one the better paying jobs in town it's maybe 20-22/hr that is not nearly enough when some city property manager drives the rent up to $1550, so they nearly raise the rent by +100% in just 4 years on those who don't make nearly close to the amount necessary.

DEPOSIT MILL… This place is a joke! We applied to rent here and had some challenges. Before applying we verified that they would be able to work with our challenges. They told us yes that they could and encouraged us to apply. Our credit and background checks came back fine. We had enough income, and we were working with a housing assistance agency. We applied for six or seven different properties. They never got us into a place. The women there are snobby and rude. They do not return phon calls unless you call multiple times. They will give all different reasons as to why your application was not accepted. Then ask for more documentation. One particular home we applied for was pulled off their listing, so we called about it because we didn’t receive notice if we were approved or denied, but then a few days later it was put back up on their listings. So when I called about it they played dumb. A couple weeks went by and the they let us know we didn’t get accepted. The houses they manage are ones that are low on the quality rating but they act like they are high end homes. This company just gives you the run around and they are a deposit mill. They will take peoples deposits and make you think they will get you in. Then play games until you look elsewhere. They only want your deposit money to make money off you!!

Moved out of 1617 Bramble property; you can definitely do better for the price. They do not renovate their apartments, bare minimum. Three stars for the property managers being nice. Standard cleaning cost $262 (don’t bother trying to clean like I did, they’ll do it anyways), carpets $145. Don’t forget to change the lightbulbs even if they are not out, + $73.

Your handyman is definitely overcharging, please renovate the place with all the money you make off tenants, all the surrounding buildings with the same layout, but different owners, have been renovated. Catch up.

Whoever answers your phones absolutely hates her life? The person who represents your company shouldn’t have such a poor attitude towards potential tenants point blank. If you don’t wanna answer questions over the phone get a new job where you don’t have to answer the phone it’s not my fault..

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They will nickel and dime you out your deposit turned over a move in ready unit no damages and they subtracted cleaning fees from the deposit as well as light bulb fees DISGRACEFUL WILL NEVER AGAIN COST ME 300 in fees it is the complex responsibility to clean the unit before renting it out. I should’ve only been charged if there were damages according to pictures none

I rented my apartment and have had the best rental experience ever! Super nice and friendly and helpful staff, and I've never had any maintenance requests taken care of so fast before in my 52 years of living and renting. I will always recommend these wonderful ladies to friends, family and anyone else.

As someone that was moving into an apartment on their own for the first time, I had a lot of anxiety about having to deal with a nightmare property manager. Hubbub Properties and it's staff, especially Macie, were and are absolutely great to work with.

My questions have always been answered directly and in a timely manner, service requests have been responded to quickly, and the vendors they contract with for such service requests have always been nice and respectful. I've never felt I was getting led on or that they were being dishonest in their practices.

I'd certainly recommend them for their service to their applicants and tenants.

If I could give less than a one star I would. This management company can't even manage themselves. I was lied to multiple times, on various occasions, by multiple employees including the owner. I was charged $400+ for repairs done by a Jimmy Vanwinkle who lied on his invoice to make money. I would never deal with these people even if the only other option would be to live in a van down by the river. My apartment was attempted to be broken into multiple times and harrassed by another tenant that end up in the psych ward multiple times and the management's solution was telling me to move. Just pathetic. They put everyones' safety at the complex in danger and could have cared less. Seek housing elsewhere.
