Margaret of KeenAlignment hosted a transformational retreat for coaches which impacted me in a profound way. She provided tools for us connect to our own inner wisdom and tap into the brilliance of the community of coaches that attended this retreat. This retreat was different because I didn't feel as if I was drinking from a fire house of information, she led activities that allowed us to learn and reflect but also incorporated spaciousness for us to integrate what we learned into our beings. The activities also allowed us to connect with nature in the Redwoods of California, Yoga on the beach, and sailing. I left the retreat feeling poured into, re-energized and ready to take on the world!

Just finished attending their Ignite Power retreat and am so glad I went. The sessions were empowering and informational, and on top of that it was taken in a beautiful setting, where I was able to unwind, clear my head, and really dig deep.

Magi Graziano was an energetic, authentic and passionate speaker -- clearly with a vision to do great things with and for people she crosses path with. There were creative exercises, and also sessions where we discussed things we learn to help us absorb all the knowledge we were introduced to.

The retreat was supported by a team of professional, approachable and excellent staff. There were a couple of other speakers there too and everyone felt comfortable in participating. The attendees came from all walks of life and different places and even different countries. Everyone I talked to had a great experience and shared moments of connections. Really glad I signed up for this and am looking forward to other workshops and webinars they have to offer.

I'd definitely recommend checking them out if you want to learn more about yourself, understand how to work with your own triggers, becoming aware and learning how to navigate around roadblocks we have and become a more effective human being and a leader.

Margaret "Magi" provided training on effective communication and negotiation to the Mentees in our firm's formal 2023 Mentorship program and when I collected feedback from the Mentees at the end of the year they all unanimously agreed that it was one of the best offerings of the program. Several even recommended moving it up in the year to set the appropriate tone for the program from the outset. When the training was complete she then followed up with me to discuss ways that we could adjust in the future to continue to improve the experience, which I found incredibly helpful. We are already discussing having her back out to provide the same training to this year's new crop of Mentees as well as expand to include career coaching.
