Very peaceful and private facility. The tenants whom do want to be sociable are very mindful and polite. Units are large for one bedroom units. Courtyards and private smoking areas are nice. Myself as a Gardner was encouraged to plant and present my unit as I desired.
Staff is excellent. Put in a work order and it is addressed same day if not hour. Staff also performs security walks around perimeter etc. Myself signed up for auto rent withdrawal for simple smooth payments. Anyway I'm only leaving as a place came available at the beach.

We have known Kieth for over 6 years now. We first met when he was managing the rental that we lived in for a year. He went above and beyond for us as tenets. We were in Italy for 3 weeks, and on our first week there he let us know that our car had a rock accidentally tossed over a fence and it shattered the rear window. This was in November so the weather was sketchy. Kieth offered to take it to SLO BMW to have it repaired. We were so grateful to come home from vacation and have the car done.

A couple years later we recommended Keith to our friend who was looking to purchase a home in SLO for retirement. Kieth found her an interim rental to live in while she looked. Kieth also found her the perfect home.

It was a no-brainer when we decided to sell our home when the time came this last May. Kieth and Layne did an outstanding job.
The home was my wifes childhood home so it was an emotional decision to come too. They handled inspections, staging, and viewings seamlessly for us.
My biggest take away was how responsive both Layne and Kieth were WHENEVER we reached out to them.

We would highly recommend Link Realty to anybody looking to rent, manage, sell or purchase a residence.

Link took over our previously owner managed rental. Keith came to our door with a notice from the water company about PFOAs in our water, and a notice that our rent us increasing $125/mo! I asked what the huge increase is about (for context, our first 4 years here the rent went up $25/mo each year) and he said they are "trying to bring the property up to fair market value." I asked Keith what they would be doing to improve the property, and he had no answer. I inquired about landscaping, pest control, weatherization such as installation of double pane windows, fixing the fence that fell down, and what they planned to do to make our drinking water safe. He had no answers.
Since taking over management duties, the property has declined significantly. I asked Keith if I should anticipate huge rent increases every year & he said "yes, until it reaches fair market value." We are essentially paying more & receiving less. He actually said if we don't like it, we can move. We have been excellent tenants for 5 years and this is how they treat us. I'm sure they would love to get us out & rent our place for double the price. This company doesn't care about tenants, and apparently doesn't care about their properties. Keith is aloof and condescending. I will continue to contact maintenance & the property owners directly to avoid this company & property manager.

I would never apply to rent from this “property manager” again. I met with Keith a few weeks ago for a place that was open for rent. We asked questions about the property such as, we have pets, is there an extra pet deposit? Simple enough. His answer was “I’d have to ask the owners” and offered up the fact that they just purchased the investment property and he didn’t know much about it. Extremely nonchalant and quite aloof. (That’s a huge turn off in searching for a real estate agent) We submitted an application because we liked the place and thought it would be a good fit for us.

Fast forward to a couple of days after our submitted application and a follow up email thanking him for his time. No word or confirmation, so we check in. There was no return call so we wait the weekend and follow up again with a call and a text to Keith (he didn’t answer the call) still no response. Two more days, Keith finally answers!! He states he was on vacation and he’s trying to catch up. I asked about the pet deposit again and I got the same response I got when we viewed the place 10 DAYS PRIOR “I’ll have to check with the owners.” At this point I’m upset, but we wait a few more days. I call again, almost 2 weeks after viewing the home and Keith, of course, didn’t answer. A few hours later we get an email saying they went with someone else. Totally fine, just wish we didn’t have to wait 2 weeks to hear about it….

I proceed to ask for a copy of the credit report to which I got a response from Keith saying “I did not run a credit report.” So not only did we spend $35 on an application fees (per person!), but an additional $50 on a pet profiles, that were probably never even looked at.

I asked when we would be receiving a refund for the application fee, which was probably the best part of this whole process and was refunded right away. Still out the money for the pet profiles though.

Not only would I never rent from these “property managers” I would never allow them to manage my property. Terrible experience.

EDIT: the fact that the owner took time to respond with a YouTube link to “you can’t always get what you want” by The Rolling Stones, a YEAR after the original review, shows just how much they care to do better. I had forgotten about this experience and moved on. Thank you for the reminder to tell people just how much they should never trust this “group” with anything. I’m flabbergasted at the unprofessionalism.

The audacity of this company.
They posted my apartment without permission at a lower price. They said they would take it down but didnt and they send people over to my house that im not even aware of. Someone should properly sue them

I have proof and screenshots speaking to you and OLX and how they made you take it down so lets not go there and yes Im within my rights to travel and not permanently reside in lebanon you clowns

I have a rental property and have been working closely with Keith. If I purchase a second rental property it will be in the same area, purely to have a fantastic property manager who cares about my property and the tenants renting it. He has made it easy and I would highly recommend him and link.
