I am a firm believer of box breathing, meditation, mindfulness, etc but had never heard of the power of the 8 second hug. I loved this episode of the podcast, and am very happy to have learned another tool such as the 8 second hug and how 8 seconds as a hug really shouldn’t seem that long compared to how much time we spend scrolling on social media.
