Without a question, Marco is a true professional and a very honest and caring person. This is my third time working with him and I must say he knows what he is doing. We decided to rent a bigger house and to sell our existing property. Right after this move the Covid-19 pandemic broke out and we were left in the unknown what happens next and we were working in quarantine. We spoke with 4 realtors on site. They all gave their very valued input, answered all our questions, and provided us with detailed Net Sheet. But Marco Bernardino stood out especially as he’s also a licensed property manager (as a matter of fact, he was representing the owner of the house we rented) which would allow us a smooth transition if we could not sell the house and would ne to find a renter.
Marco was very professional and knowledgeable and has an eye for detail. He went above and beyond to provide amazing services. He worked with us every step of the way, providing valuable information regarding our options and reasons for listing price. To achieve a high impact marketing; he helped us with selecting materials, guidance for renovation work, color selections. He organized four staging companies and reviewed them on site with us until we found the perfect fit to a great price. On top of that, he arranged an awesome photographer to provide us which amazing photos and virtual tour to get the wow effect when going on the market.
And as he assured us, it worked to get the desired market impact which resulted in a great open house turn out (almost immediately number 1 in reviews and liked) and we successfully obtained four offers within four days on the market. We were in escrow after six days with an offer 31k above the asking price!! All during the darkest and unknown time of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Thanks to his great skill (including managing the buyer’s realtor) in strategic maneuvering and negotiations (including negotiations of very high repair cost requests) throughout the escrow he was able to preserve the high sale price. At the end, we sold the house 27k above our wish amount!! WOW!

Marco worked very hard and even took care of things for us when we were not available to be at the property such as watering the lawn, providing a flowerpot, small repairs, power washing, etc. etc. all without us having to ask. Just because it was needed to keep the house always presentable to its best. Needless to say; his customer service is outstanding, and we always felt very safe and taken care of. All his great efforts made this is a highly successful transaction from start to finish, all by design, not by chance or luck. We could tell he was very experienced and loves what he is doing. We were very happy and plan to work with Marco again.

Marco Bernardino was amazing. He was willing to chat anytime that I needed to and responded quickly to the conversations that we had. He was willing to converse by text, email, and the old fashion phone call. It was a quick easy closing. He worked well as the 'third party' between the escrow company and us. I am not from Southern California, however, that is where grandma and grandpa lived and where we needed to do the estate sale of the home. Due to the fact that Marco lives in Southern California made us feel much better with process. The transaction was smooth and we were/are very satisfied with the outcome. I will be moving soon and I wish he lived in Southern Washington to help with the sale of my home and purchase of a new home. I am writing this review today, which I rarely do, because I got above and beyond service from Marco and the Real Estate Center. Unfortunantly, my uncle passed away and we (me and my brothers) inherited a 4-plex in southern California. The 4-plex was in ill repair. The will stated that we had to sell the property. Me and my brothers live out of state, and...you know...covid. Marco was so fantastic to work with, he not only took control of updating the property for sale (which was alot), but he dealt with the long time residents of the 4-plex who were resistant and obstructive at first, and made them feel comfortable with the process. He streamlined all of the cash flow for utilities and upgrades prior to sale of the property. All turned out well. Better than well actually!! We initially thought, due to the condition of the property, that we would be over the moon on a $1 million dollar offer. Similar properties at the time, with upgrades were going for about $1.2 million at the time, but the property was pretty run down. After Marco finished the renovations, we were shocked. The place looked great. So much so that he suggested we list for $1.35 million and see what happens. Within 24 hours we had multiple offers and ended up selling for $1.375 mill. Cash offer!!! Needless to say we were blown away. I can't recommend Marco enough to anyone out there reading this. Not only did he get us top dollar, but, more importantly to me, he was a great communicator throughout the whole process. He kept us updated and educated about the process in a very pro-active way. He is easy to talk to and very logical throughout the process. In fact, he is actually working on a second project for us now due to how good the first experience was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Josh
