I paid for business class ticket full price
When went to LAX airport I found out my reservation was cancelled and the airline couldn’t do any thing thy ask me to talk to the travel agency
After 2 hours talking to the agency nothing happened I did not fly I miss my family function and my doctor appointment
Thy asked me to pay more money So the difference would be $2,527 to get this closed. Hey ⁩ can we meet halfway please. Mike and I will cover $1,263.5 so I can tell book to go ahead and book it?
Thy don’t care at all
Been 3 days and I didn’t rebook my flight

Wanted our flight from Manila, Philippines to San Francisco, California. (June 2023) Tried to do my homework to get actual traveler feedback on World Class Travel. Most were complimentary. For the most part, the agent did help me secure tickets eventually, though some things were a little puzzling to me.
With that said, I just need to express my surprise and honestly, disappointment about the actual ticket purchase. I knew they were “discounted tickets”, but agent not 100% ‘upfront’ with me. Several occasions, I specifically asked about getting at least some mileage credit for this long trip.(As Singapore Air is also part of STAR ALLIANCE)
He kept mentioning that it was something with the Airline, for some reason they wouldn’t allow it on some discounted tickets. At no time did you ever honestly tell me the reason was because he bought them WITH MILES. Only after digging into the facts directly from the Airlines did I learn the truth!
NOW, of course, it clear why the Airline was not willing to give even partial mileage points. Basically, he (the Agency) got my money, and used miles he(or You) have accumulated to “pay” for the tickets. Its clever, but not 100% honest with me. It really would have been nice to know this from the beginning. Certainly the cost to “use miles” was no where near the cost I was charged. I understand, you are, of course in business to make a profit. But this surely must have been a “Windfall” for David and/or your Agency. Not sure if it would have made me seriously consider other options, but it might have. At any rate, the ‘transparency’ is valuable for future trust. It is very disappointing from a customer’s standpoint when mileage & travel points for such a long haul are non-existent. (For reasons that were not disclosed)
Sorry, I just have to tell you straight how I feel.
Personally, It feels slightly ‘shady’.

Terrible unprofessional service and if I could give a lower score, I would. We originally booked seats from Ireland to Australia at good value prices, however these seats got cancelled twice. Although this was out of the control of FlyWorld Class, they refused to give us a refund and the only solution they offered was to spend $5000 US additional per ticket. We came to terms that this was the only option and went ahead. When we flew from Ireland to London, we were told by the Emirates counter that they couldn't check us in as the travel agent booked us on the wrong flight from NZ to Oz (Quarantine free flight) and were denied boarding. This was extremely stressful and instead of being apologetic, Neil said it was our responsibility to check which flight we should be on, and shouted at my partner on the phone. This is the main value of a travel agent in my mind and was an outrageous response. We rebooked flights for 2 days later, spending another $500 US to get booked. When I simply followed up to ask about claiming points, the agent responded with the attached response. BEWARE before booking!

I booked a flight the end of March to fly to Mexico in November. It started as a first class flight but I got a call back saying the first class wasn’t available but “comfort plus” was and that it included the following
Reserved seats
No baggage fees
More legroom
More reclining
Dedicated overhead bin
Free drinks/meals and upgraded snacks and drinks
The first confirmation I received was for an economy seat. I found this out when I couldn’t reserve a seat. I emailed Rob LaFuente ( my sales rep), no response. I phoned him, no response. I called the number on their website and finally got to talk to Rob. He said it was an error and would get it corrected. I received a confirmation for “comfort plus”.
I looked up “comfort plus” on Delta’s site and saw a charge of $40.00 for each luggage. Again I tried emailing and phoning and no response from Rob until I contacted the number on the website. Rob said he would get in touch with Delta and call me back. No call back so again I had to call the website phone #. I was told Rob was on a call and would phone me back in 5 minutes. That was 3 hours ago.
I will never use this company again. I will not recommend this company. If there was lower than 1 star rating, they would get it.
DO NOT use this company. It is not worth it!
I could have gotten the same price booking directly with Delta.

shady outfit with lots of small print clauses. When I originally booked the trip they offered insurance for the trip and I paid extra $600 for what I thought was cancelation/trip insurance. Had to cancel a trip to Europe due to current COVID restrictions. And found out a) there is no insurance, the $600 you are basically prepaying the ridiculous $595/person change/cancelation fee they charge and b)you don't get the refund, your money is gone, they offer you flight credit you can use with their company only. Not only that, their "credit notice" specifies where you'd need to fly to use it and mine had a country that wasn't either the original destination nor a country I ever mentioned as intended travel point. Not sure how I will proceed from this point on but beware. Looks like I'm out $7k

This company cannot be trusted. I supposedly purchased tickets through them for a group of 4 and because of the Covid situation the trip was cancelled. When we requested the refund for the trip the airline stated they never had seats for our party and that no refund was due. I have called at least 50 times with no response from the supposed supervisor named Chaika. I will continue to write bad reviews all over every site I can possibly find until I get my refund owed to me and my party. If you see this message call me, i'm sure you have my number.
ITS JAN 2021 AND STILL NO REFUND. STAY AWAY
