Having two little kids, we had to always juggle our schedules for home shopping, but Dennis always made it work and was on top of it even for many last-minute requests. Even during the weekend, he was happy to drive far and tour several houses with us.

Also, he was honest and gave us very helpful insights about houses, so we trusted enough to ask for his opinions about houses because I felt he cared about us and really wanted to find a house that matches our family instead of trying to sell it asap.

The only difficulties we had in the whole process had little to do with him, just the recommended lender didn't work out to our satisfaction at the time we bought, but that's nothing to hold against him. Do your research very well and throughly when it comes to the lenders and inspectors.

During the rest of the process of buying our new house, Dennis and Becca made smooth and easy, and it was nice to have the great team that we could always reach out to when we had questions and concerns.
