My wife and I were looking for land so we could build our retirement home. Melissa made this happen. She took care of all our needs. At the time we lived out of the area and could only visit prospective properties sporadically. When I was super interested in a property and time looked short, Melissa would go to the property for us and take photos, describe things for us and since she knew exactly what we were looking for, she paid special attention to those items. We were able to call her almost 24/7. She is very very fast in returning calls if she was busy. We had all kinds of questions before, during, and after the purchase.
