Lynn Judson and her staff are off the charts wonderful! They helped me and my wife find a home after we got burned out in the wildfires of 2007. I went through several realtors that kept pushing me to buy a home I either couldn't afford or in an area I didn't want to live. One realtor wouldn't come to Escondido to show me homes because she didn't like the drive from San Diego. Lynn was the opposite; kind, patient, thorough, and understanding. It made the process of being a first-time home buyer so much easier with her help. I have since bought rental property through her, and with her guidance have seen my personal wealth grow through real estate. Laine Phillips of the Judson Real Estate Team was exceptionally helpful during our search for our home in Escondido. Over the time frame of three months, we emailed and texted Laine numerus times with questions. The queries were always promptly and clearly answered. What is most important, from the very first time we communicated with her, she helped us create a Web portal with a list of homes listed for sale that only met our search criteria making our quest to find our home very simple.
