We loved our condo! The condo is beautiful and clean. Perfect view and ocean experience. The condo has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. It also has nice bathroom and laundry supplies. The beds are so nice. Bluewater staff was amazing and so responsive. We had no issues at all. Comfortable, cozy, and our new favorite spot for a getaway from MN. We are already booking again! ? ***The pictures show our view from the patio. We even saw dolphins swimming by!

The wife and I shared a 4 night / 3-day reunion with two, from a long time ago, college buddies and their wives. The stay was fantastic. The Kolmar house is beautiful with great sitting areas inside and out and certainly professionally ready for our arrival We were also blessed with some fabulous weather. Perfect location for easy beach access (some incredible surf) and loads of great restaurants in La Jolla and San Diego. Bluewater made me look like a hero with my buddies. Highly recommend. This was my second time staying at a wonderful vacation rental managed by Bluewater. The property was beautiful. The location was ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions.

What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the Bluewater team. Any hiccup that came along was swiftly addressed and resolved with utmost professionalism and care.

I'm so impressed with Bluewater that I've already booked my third stay! I highly recommend Bluewater for anyone looking for a top-notch vacation rental experience. I can't wait to return for another amazing stay!

Positives:
-Spacious
-Comfortable beds
-Quiet neighborhood
-Convenient parking
-Location close to beach, restaurants, grocery, shops
-Good lighting
-A/C worked
-Well-functioning kitchen
-Good WiFi
-Rooftop deck space lovely

Disappointments:
-Furniture upholstery, carpets, area rugs, curtains are dirty & in need of cleaning or replacement throughout entire home. Upper living room curtains drag at the floor several inches & show that they have taken up water in the past, as there is a dirt line showing this the bottom 6” of curtain
-Upper living room area rug is a tripping hazard at the corner by kitchen, living room & top of stairway. Mitigated this by moving a chair over it to avoid accident
-Kitchen/dining window screens & sills dirty. Wished we could’ve opened for fresh air, but that wasn’t healthy to breathe in.
-Safety issue: top board of spiral staircase is soft and rotting
-Shower door in upper bathroom has dark mold/mildew/gunk on the entire lower frame area
-Shower curtain and liner in lower bathroom that the queen rooms share were not clean, especially liner that had calcification/gumminess & in need of replacement
-Both lower queen bedroom carpets smelled from pets (cat and dog)
-No sheet set with blanket and pillows for sofa sleeper.
-House technically sleeps 8, but only 6 sets of towels provided. Was difficult for our family to get ready on our daughter’s wedding day.

For a $5.5 million dollar property, this should have been better than this.

Delightful cottage with beautiful ocean view, everything you need for a vacation getaway. Cottage was immaculately clean with all the appliances & toys for a holiday at the beach. Bluewater quick to respond- I Pulled Wi-Fi plug out without knowing! Look forward to my next day at Bluewater property holiday.
