Had an incredible stay at this San Diego home! The hosts were fantastic - super communicative and attentive to every detail, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and filled with new amenities. The views were stunning, and the location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. This place is ideal for groups, families, or friends looking to make unforgettable memories together. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to return!

Beautifully appointed space with comfortable amenities - everything is thought of and is the view is special. It was a really nice 5 days for our family with 2 young children.
When we had a question or anything of note the hosts responded almost immediately.
The place was impeccably clean and we wanted for nothing. If you want to be near the airport or close to downtown this spot should be at the top of your list!

We loved our stay at Great Escape 3. It was a convenient location, and the airport and freeway noise did not bother us. It was all it advertised, kids LOVED the inside games, but the weather and lack of time didn't allow us to enjoy the great yard entertainment enough, wish we could have spent more time down there. I loved that we got a better rate by going through your company directly and that you had great communication. Our previous days at Disneyland had left us exhausted and we were disappointed that the hot tubs were not clean for us that first night, but management was very responsive for our request to have them clean by the next night. With 7 adults and 5 kids, I wished I would have been able to figure out the configurations of bedrooms/baths before we went (which I wasn't able to from the website, probably my fault). But here it is for anyone who is looking: Lower level: 1 master with king and private toilet and sink, 1 queen bedroom. Full bathroom off main living area. Upper level: 1 King master suite with full bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms with full bath between them (no private entrance), 1 queen bedroom, next to bathroom with toilet and sink off of living space. A few of the special touches we appreciated were the nature sound machines in bedrooms, and the basket of goodies welcoming us - very nice. We will not hesitate to rent from Rental With a View if we ever have another opportunity. Thank you!

Charming home with a private, beautifully landscaped backyard. We especially enjoyed the BBQ, outdoor seating area, and hot tub. The kitchen table was a bit small for our group of 8, and there weren't quite enough chairs, but we made it work. We visited during one of the hottest days of the year, and while the AC kept most of the house cool, the "kids room" seemed to lack airflow and got quite warm. These were minor points, though, as our stay overall was excellent. The views from the front patio, especially at sunset, were stunning, and the nearby airport noise wasn't disruptive. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well prepared, and provided everything we needed for our visit. Some restaurants are walkable and downtown was a short drive away. We enjoyed the view and watching the planes take off and land, and it was still quiet. The hosts made themselves available before we even checked in. They are quick to respond and genuinely care about your stay. The check in and out processes were a breeze. Thank you! We look forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short 10-minute walk (with kids) to Pacific Beach or a 4-minute walk to the bay. The house was incredibly spacious and spotless, with plenty of room to relax (two families, 4 adults and 3 kids). We especially enjoyed the roof deck in the evenings and the hot tub downstairs was a hit! Along with the convenience of the outdoor shower when coming back from the beach. The home is also centrally located in Pacific Beach, making it easy to explore the area. We all had a great time, we definitely want to come back. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this spot!

So awesome having a beautiful home-y place to safely park our car & access so many of our favorite family SoCal activities. The property operators were very accessible and helpful via their website or text message. As a mom of three kids under six, I really appreciated how thoughtfully the Home and pool area were truly set up with families in mind- from a variety of age, appropriate amenities, secure furniture, soft furniture, and furniture with round edges, etc. Everything we needed to cook at home was also available. Would definitely come back!

My husband and 2 adult sons just stayed here from May 10-18th. The house was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. Not a hair or speck of dirt to be found. The view from the deck was so nice, especially at night when the skyline is lit up with the city lights. We had so much enjoyment watching the planes come and go each day. The location was perfect too, just about 5 mins or so from the airport and most everything we did was within a 10-15 minute drive. The safari was about 35 mins and La Jolla maybe 20-25. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an airbnb. The owners were great too. They were very quick to respond to any questions both during the planning stages as well as during our stay. I will definitely recommend this home to any of my family and friends who visit SD!
