Despite my application being straightforward—given that Section 8 would cover the rent—Angela chose to focus on irrelevant details, like my credit report, and ultimately declined my application over issues that simply didn’t apply. Her handling of the process was unprofessional, inefficient, and showed a lack of understanding about her own responsibilities.

From the first interaction, it was clear Angela lacked both knowledge and communication skills. Each response was dismissive, and she seemed unqualified to handle the requirements of her role.
