I’ve always been happy with this location’s customer service. Without having a reservation I was looking for a rental. Nate was very helpful and got me the type of car I needed.

I rented cate at this location few times. Overall the experience was good. Staff were helpful. They provide pickup/drop off rides if you are in San Ramon. Saturdays they dont offer pickup.

Do Not Rent from San Ramon Enterprise

I rented an SUV for four days and returned it in pristine condition. Shortly after, I received a call from Enterprise San Ramon informing me of damage on the passenger side. During the initial walk-through with the Enterprise representative, no damages were noted. I only discovered the damage myself five minutes after leaving the rental location. I requested proof of the vehicle's condition before my rental, as they claimed to have surveillance cameras. However, after two weeks of inquiries, Enterprise has informed me that they do not have any video footage of the SUV prior to my rental. I have denied any liability for the pre-existing damages. My lawyer sent a demand letter to Enterprise, which they ignored. Now they have sent me to a collection agency for over $3k in repairs.

Rented a car… they had cars to give, but not too me. Horrible experience. I will not be going back. Save yourself the time and rent from somewhere else. After driving all the way out there, now I have to find another car. Hertz never fails. It’s worth the higher price.

After a failed reservation at another branch (at their fault), I circled back to the San Ramon location where I had rented from in the past to see if they could help me since I was in a bind due to the situation that the other branch had put me through. Nate assisted me with my situation and was able to calmly inform me of my options. As I wait through the afternoon, with no hope that I would be able to rent a vehicle. Nate personally calls me out of the blue and informs me that a vehicle was just returned early and I was the first person he called to confirm if I wanted to secure the reservation. Stellar customer service support, the way it should be done. Thank you, Nate! Your assistance was greatly appreciated, not just by me, but also by the organization.

Returned a car from Eugene OR to San Ramon. Aaron was my service agent and he was great. Answered my questions, quickly checked me in, and was completely customer focused. Employees like Aaron are why I will keep dong business with Enterprise. I appreciate the support and first class service! Thank you!

Very bad experience. I booked my car a week in advance and on the day of pick up they asked me to make other arrangements because they were out of cars. I had to literally scramble as it was urgent to travel. This is not the first time when I had a bad experience I pick up a car and it reeked of cigarettes. I forgot my goggles and I submitted a ticket through their support and I never heard back. I would never go back to this.

I've always had positive experiences renting from the San Ramon location, but this recent trip was far from ideal. I arrived at 8am for my 9am pick-up, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, the young associate who helped me seemed annoyed by my early arrival and questioned the validity of my corporate discount code despite booking through my work email. The car I was initially offered had a near-empty gas tank, and the associate made me feel like I was being difficult when I requested a vehicle with a fuller tank. Upon returning the car the night before, I realized I'd left my sunglasses inside. The next morning, the manager seemed equally unbothered by my situation and simply walked away to check without any communication.

Thankfully, I eventually got my sunglasses back, but the overall experience with the staff at this location was a stark contrast to my previous rentals. Due to this interaction, I'm hesitant to rent from here again in the future.
