Our experience with Anne Marie Nugent (& Jim Walberg) from beginning to end was amazing. They would make recommendations for improvements but then say it was entirely up to us if we wanted to take the suggestions which we really appreciated. Ann Marie was wonderful! She spent the time to really get to know what we were looking for in a house especially since we were in the process of growing our family. For her, it was clear that she was helping us find a home not a house. While we were in escrow Ann Marie advised and facilitated getting multiple inspections which brought to light work that needed to be done to the house. She was able to work with the sellers agent to come to a fair middle ground. She has also been an amazing resource for us as things pop up. I highly recommend working with Ann Marie. Jim and Ann Marie made the home selling an easy process despite the curve balls we were thrown with Shelter in Place and everything else that followed. Many folks stressed over getting a buyer for the home and will it be the right offer? That was not a problem in this case. Three over ask offers in 24 hrs!
