They messed up on my power of attorney ( they put the wrong date on it) IRS refused the power of attorney. They took my money and did nothing for it. Stay local call H&R block they are at least honest and way way way less money.

IdealTax is a not helpful and does not adhere to their engagement letters. I hired them for a potential 2022 issue and had at least four different case managers in as many months and they all wanted to work on my 2023 taxes which were not in question. After weeks of not being able to get ahold of the forth manager, both calls and emails, I went against the engagement due to non-responsiveness of the company and disputed the charge. I then worked from 7/6 until 8/23 with the Service Manager to obtain a refund and now they are not with them any longer and I am back to no service, no refund and them being non-responsive yet again with calls and emails. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS FIRM AS THEY ARE ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS!
