I highly recommend David and Meridian Property Management for their professionalism, trustworthiness, timeliness, and expertise! We moved my dad into a senior living community and hired Meridian Property Management to manage his house as a rental property. David offered realistic, helpful, and cost-effective opinions regarding work to be done prior to renting, in addition to recommending reliable companies to do the work. He took pictures, advertised, and found great tenants quickly, allowing us to earn the needed income from the property. When my dad's health declined, he handled everything seamlessly -- utilities, a leak in the roof, pool and gardening services, tenants, mail, etc. We cannot thank David enough for his services. He truly goes above and beyond!

Probably the worst property management I’ve had to work with. Ive been renting for almost 20 years. Not once have I dealt with a unresponsive, unhelpful, and prejudice team of people. Needed things fixed at the house under the rental agreement and all I got was resistance. I had to get the better business bureau and fair housing involved before they even made a move. I have every correspondence from their manager, Dave. Their own handy man told us how dangerous the appliances we have in Our house were. Our stove was not safe and could have exploded at anytime from the rust and decay. But yet they asked what we did to cause it Sorry it was old and they painted over it. They paint over a lot as you can see in pictures. Now they are claiming a domestic disturbance that was reported to the owner. Did they call to see what happened No. I called and the manager refused my call. I called the police department and no complaint was filed nor have they heard of any domestic disturbance. I was locked out of my place and had to find a way to get in. The windows are moldy and rotting out and getting jammed. I just took pictures and sending them now to them. I was injured in the incident and had to have an ambulance come because I don’t have a car. Now they are trying to say it’s happened multiple times, and the owner who doesn’t live on site says he’s
Gotten complaints. yet we have never heard from them before. Not once. Giving us a final notice for something they have no idea about is trash. Dave, you should really call people back. It’s very unprofessional and unbecoming of a “Manager”. My next step is contacting the Attorney General for harassment.

Hello,
Sorry but my intentions here were not to retaliate in anyway, it was a review that I do quite often for both good and terrible service. I wrote this also, because it was unethical and very unprofessional of you to not take my call nor return it regarding the notice I received. You mentioned it as a final notice and also an incident before, but you had never brought this “first incident” to our knowledge. Now you are going behind our backs and asking tenants to write letters to try and have us evicted.these re my neighbors words. All this after you just wrote in the response to the review that no further action will be taken. I think that is very unethical. To actually call our neighbors and ask them to write letters for you. If you would like to call me and resolve this matter civilly I would love to change these reviews and our relationship. I feel that is fair.

I’ve been needing to post this for a LONG time. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I recently got a notice for a settlement and thought it was against this place but unfortunately wasn’t. I’m looking through reviews and looks like I’m not the only one who experienced this! I have NEVER had so much taken from a security deposit before. I rented with them for a year 2017-2018. They kept our entire $1,800 security deposit. This is a year after, carpets didn’t need to be replaced, there was absolutely NO damage. We didn’t even put nails in the walls! I have pictures and sent them an email saying we were looking into taking it to civil court. Unfortunately my husband just entered the military and we didn’t have the time or funds to go against them. They gave me the forms with the lists of receipts for my security deposit. What they charged was ridiculous! They put on there things like, plastic to cover the cabinets while they paint, and paint brushes. UM WHAT? We should NOT have to pay for regular maintenance, especially for those individual items. If you’re going to rent from them, expect them to keep your entire deposit, regardless of how much you try to get it ready to move out. I’ve rented multiple places now & have not once experienced this. Again, don’t rent from them!! And if you did and experienced something similar to me, PLEASE reach out and email me. Maybe we can do something about it. As for the property management, please don’t respond to this review with some irrelevant response to make me look bad or apologize like you did to others. Unless you’re going to give me my money back, you words mean nothing.
Update — Of course as I mentioned, they would respond with something to make me look bad. What they choose to respond and how they try to put down previous unsatisfied tenants already says so much. I tried to communicate with them about this matter in the past and did not receive any help, so I know they aren’t going to own up for it and give my money back. Again, I’ve lived at many places and although not bad at all, I’ve left places worse than what I did here and didn’t get even half as much taken. There was no tears in the carpet and we literally scrubbed walls trying to make sure it looked as good as possible, as we always do when leaving a property. It was given back with no more than regular wear and tear. Weird that they want to mention these things when the receipts don’t show any costs for anything other than routine maintenance, new paint, clean carpets, etc. Again, expect to not get it back. If you do.. at least it’s more than you expected. But I don’t trust them and neither do many other people in previous reviews. No one should have to pay for every single item used to fix a unit, especially for normal wear and tear. It should not cost that much money. I’m not angry. It’s been many years now. Just after hearing some bad stories, I want to warn people! I will say, other than the moving out, I didn’t have any other big problems with the company.

Writing this review from a unique perspective - as a fellow realtor who recently had the pleasure of working with David on a transaction.
David was the listing agent for a home my clients purchased in Orange County. Right from the get-go, he was on top of his game! He was super communicative, always keeping me in the loop, and was proactive about everything - which made the whole process a breeze. His cooperative nature and dedication to finding win-win solutions made the transaction efficient and stress-free. Trust me, that kind of smooth sailing is pretty rare in our line of work!
When I see someone doing an amazing job, I think it's important to spread the word. David's professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence are truly noteworthy, and I believe they reflect the high level of service he provides to his clients.
If you're considering buying or selling a home in Orange County, I highly recommend David!!

The entire management team is non responsive. The last thing they care about is the tenants. I would GIVE NO STARS but it's not an option. They insist on contacting them via email but never respond , the owner or manager is somehow never in the office and impossible to speak with. The on-site property manager is super rude , ignores your calls and acts like you never called him . I Took pictures and recorded upon move out and they lied and said things were broken and had to replace things . On top of that they are racist . Cleaned the unit upon move out and recorded a video of unit condition and still took half of my security deposit . Worst experience ever . Please please please save your time and money . You owe me money from my security deposit!!! DO NOT RENT WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

My time with these people have been the absolutely most traumatic experience since renting in Santa Ana. They are rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Management refused to respond to emails; when they did they were ALWAYS very rude and unprofessional. They refused to fix anything in the apartment, when they did it was after hassling them for MONTHS and the work was always a botched job. We complained about a gas-leaking oven that they haven’t fixed in a year. They refuse to fix it or replace it.
Maintenance is nonexistent. They are rude. They are unprofessional. Always ask leasing agencies if they work with these people or their friends and do not rent from them.
Absolutely terrible people. Save your time and money!!!!!!! Don’t believe any positive reviews . It’s all a lie and probably paid for!!!!
I rate them zero stars , completely unprofessional!!!!

I wish I can rate 0 stars!!! The most dishonest unprofessional scamming horrible property management ever!!! They lied about reparations they lied about things that were broken and they charged a cleaning fee and charge me for the reparations when that’s illegal . Been waiting almost 2 weeks for a response by the accounting department via email because they refuse to give me a number . For future tenants please save your time and money I repeat don’t rent with this property management company they are horrible complete nightmare I am still waiting for my money!!! Turn around and keep looking stay away from these scam artists!!!!

Horrible! These people will try to rip you off when you move out. I feel sorry for the receptionist that works here. Shes a decent person. Run in the opposite direction and avoid this company. These people are nice while you're renting their properties but in my experience, the problem was when we moved out. I find that a company who has no morals but takes advantage of the law to rip people off are disgusting. The apartment was left in better condition and cleaner than when I moved in (not an exaggeration). They lied about some things being broken and some BS cleaning fee. All in the end to keep my deposit. I had no proof, so they win and there wasn't anything I could legally do to prove them wrong. So if you decide to do business with them I would suggest you take videos and photos of everything before you move in and the condition you leave the apartment after you move out. But honestly, I would not be surprised if they still find BS fees to deduct from your deposit so they dont have to return any of it back to you.
De lo peor. Trataran la forma de robarte tu deposito al momento de entregar la propiedad. Estas personas no tienen escrupulos. No pierdan su tiempo y dinero con esta gente deshonesta.
