Gonna give them three stars because they were friendly and informative at the beginning but really gave me some wrong info at the end, and I had to change plans at the last second. Really inconvenient but I will try to use them again. Hopefully it works out better.

llakilla property management has been a great place to call home. I needed somewhere to stay ASAP and they offered me a great room to stay in. Things are kept clean and there was nothing out of the ordinary. The managers are very nice and have been helpful when I needed them. Any concerns I came across they have fixed it in a very fast timely matter!

Me and my boyfriend had a hard time finding a place to move in to before our lease was up. we spent months, and long nights to find something that would accept us then we came upon here. Out of all the stress, we were able to find a home with good costing rent and the process was made easy! Now we are cozy and comfortable in our room with great roommates thanks to llakilla management! We would be without a home if it wasn’t for them, for that im greatful.❤️

This was my first experience renting out my property. They were extremely nice before they got my business. Keep in mind I signed up with them prior to Covid19. The tenants destroyed my house. They must not have inspected every month like they said they word. I said I did not want pets. The tenants had a dog that destroyed the carpets. All of the plants I had outside the house was stolen. They moved in another tenant in the house without first informing me. When I called to ask about it I was told they didn’t have my contact information...lies. They had my phone #, address, and email address. Fast forward, the tenant’s husband went to jail. I had to ask for my house back. They did not return the keys to the door or the garage. When I got back in the house, the tenants purposely clogged the dishwasher, washing machine, sinks, and tubs. Now that it’s 2021 I need my tax form to file my taxes, they did not submit my information to the company to receive the form. They told me that I can use last year’s form. Considering the history I have with them, I want to make sure I have all legal documents from them. They told me to contact the company to do it myself...not my job.

Run as far away from this company as you can.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I rented an apartment they managed due to their lies and bad business practice, the owner asked for property back. I never missed a payment and left properly immaculate, walked through with owner because Sammy refused to do one with me. I asked for deposit back she refused stating because I paid security deposit in payments instead of one lump sum she wasn't going to return it. Mind you she was the one that set up deposit payments because when I moved in she neglected to tell me about a deposit. She never opened account in which to hold deposit by law asked for proof of deposit and never received one.Taking these people to court to get my money. SCAMMERS.
