This review is long overdue, Kathy and her team helped me
find my new home over a year ago and I'm not sure where to
begin to express my gratitude.

After living in my condo for 30+ years, Kathy helped me for
several months to prepare my condo to list and a phased plan
that made the decluttering and moving process seamless.
She gave me suggestions and creative ideas on how to
prepare my condo to market it and assured me that it would
move quickly once the listing was posted. Boy she wasn’t kidding! We had several offers within 24 to 48 hours.

Wanting to relocate to the Friendly Valley area and knowing units
