My mom and I decided it was time to sell her home and for her to retire. I took meetings with several agents which at the time advised us "to sell the property quickly and capitalize on the market you should list at this price **" it was about 200k lower then we were expecting. and after sever of very similar situations we met Dave. What a breath of fresh air. He was far more knowledgable on current market conditions, along with a long list of pre qualified buyers looking for a great opportunity. a very long story short, not only did Dave get us our asking price plus 150k over asking .... but he had it sold in under 3 days. I know this my not happen every time. however that being said, both my mother and I felt grateful to have found Dave, and even more grateful that he looked out for us like we were family. We will only ever use Dave in the future and you should too.

In 2021, David helped my wife and I find and purchase a beautiful home in Santa Clarita and we couldn't be happier with it! He took us on countless house visits (in the middle of a pandemic, with our two cranky kids in tow, and mostly on weekends!) and he made several offers on our behalf.
