I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to commend Elianne for going above and beyond to ensure my kids had a fantastic experience. She was not only professional but also incredibly friendly. After she gave me a tour of the property, I instantly fell in love with the place!

I have communication records with this property as far back as June 18th. By June 28th I had an application submitted and had indicated intent to move in on July 24th. Throughout the month between 6/28 and 7/24 I made many attempts to contact them. Emails, phone calls, and even in person visits were only answered at their leisure. When emails were answered, they were frequently answered only in part or with completely irrelevant information. For example, an email inquiring about 3rd floor units was answered with information about 3 bedroom units. That was far from the worst interaction.

On Saturday 7/22 (2 days before intended move-in) I made many many calls to them throughout the day (because they had not answered my many many emails) and an in person visit to ensure the unit would be ready for move in by Monday the 24th. No one was present in the office when I arrived (for multiple hours), despite it being during their established working hours.

In the unit on 7/22, there were appliances missing, a large amount of trash strewn about, plumbing issues throughout, and doors severely warped and off their hinges.

On Sunday 7/23, hoping that the property intended to somehow complete in one day all the necessary work to have the unit available by Monday 7/24, I revisited the property. No one was in the office again, and no one was in the unit working. No attempts were ever made to notify me that the unit would not be ready for move-in on the agreed upon date.

I finally received an email response the morning of 7/24. Any portions of my email relating to signing of the lease or readiness of the unit were ignored in their response.

In addition to the abhorrent communication, the property itself is also less than ideal. Trash piles up, there's dog waste everywhere, and it seems as though no effort is made to maintain the landscaping. Residents I spoke to also mentioned vehicle break-ins.

My wife and I moved in here to Canyon Crest almost a year ago and have loved every minute! Taylor and John in the leasing office are incredible and very supportive of our needs as renters.

Plus the leasing office always holds super fun events for residents about every month which makes the Canyons a great community!

Yeah, don't move in please. This place is a dump. People leave their dog waste everywhere and let them urinate everywhere where children should be playing or people in general should be walking around. The A/c for should dosen't work properly, and not to mention the playground looks looks worse then a Freddy Krueger movie all paint chipped off etc. My windows have black mold around it and we let air come through and it's only been 6 months.
We had problems from the start including restrooms were undone and brown water spots on the ceiling, the towels racks falling off, the rod to the shower curtain are way far off yes its toach infested because our friendly LDS sister missionaries from the Mormon church has told us they had to be fumigated and they saw pest. We did too and yellow stuff dripping from the walls in our kitchen, yucky gross!
We were supposed to be here for 2 years and idk how long we are staying. Also, new things has happened like the A/C acting up again and the fire place is dripping water from the storms, the laundry room now has brown water spots all over the ceiling and the washer and dryer doesn't fit in the laundry area so you can't close the doors to hide themachine's. Plus they were moldy and broken on the outside, the washer is too big!, not to mention the door fell on me twice just passing through so my husband had to buy fixtures that is was supposed to be there in the first place . Theu weren't installed right or replaced to begin with.
We had a walk through and we had marked more things including sink to be fixed and nothing has happened. I've noticed that people here move in and out so quickly it's crazy and my dad's lawyer friends say that this is place is scheming things here. I so believe it. it's really not nice here and it the brochure says there is a 24 7 hour gym and not true. We had went to the upper deck patio and its trashed all atound to the point there was graffiti and trash with beer bottles and stuff just thrown around. I truly wanted to like this place, but wow please stay away. I wished I read more into the reviews because now I'also fostering my niece and this is a place that is consider to be ghetto to the max and staff is unresponsive to anythingg.also they will call you of course to ask WHERE iS MY MONEY ? very much not a good place to be. Oh well. Be here only if you are desperate
