PMI does fantastic work managing our rental property. Their communication is clear, they send maintenance out to fix anything promptly as needed, and they provide clear accounting of payments and relevant info. We have also needed to make some upgrades on the property while under their management and they are super helpful in arranging contractors for quotes. The property also always looks as well cared for year after year. We are very happy with our choice to work with PMI for property management and highly recommend them.

PMI PROPERTY management did an incredible job finding excellent tenants for
my condo. I would come back after a year and it would look exactly the same~ Very well cared for. Payments were always prompt, accounting accurate and communication was easy. Highly recommend.

We've probably all heard the horror stories about student housing in Santa Cruz, but thanks to PMI my daughter and her co-tenants have been treated fairly and professionally by the team at PMI. The processes of getting a lease, paying rent and communicating maintenance needs have all been straightforward. Generally maintenance costs are not passed through to the tenants and issues are dealt with promptly. There was a charge for replacing blinds that may have been either worn out or handled poorly, so a grey area responsibility-wise. I appreciate that PMI significantly reduced the charge when asked about it, showing consideration to the tenants' viewpoint.

The best experience ever in my interactions with real estate and property management. Amy is a “mahatma “( a great soul , so to speak). Unhelpful customer service hung up on us three times when they did pick up the phone. When we tried to ask for more information from the leasing office we were met with hostility and attitude. I would seriously rethink your office personnel and try customer service training

Great time renting from them! Rented for 2 years during college at UCSC with a roommate. Quick with maintenance requests, and very friendly.
