Don't trust them. They held my Security deposit and did not by law notify me Fl law 83.49. They might blame the property owner but they are responsible as they wrote the refund. Never respond to phone calls. For days. A 2 star is too much.
Lived in home for 4 years and they NEVER repaired plumbing or flood & ruined floors from 2 years ago No screens on windows can't use them.
Never trust this company or their property owners.

My husband and I have been renting a home through this company for going on 5 years now. They are always quick to respond for maintenance calls and have been kind to us over the years. Angela helped us find our current house and has been great with communication over the years. I would definitely recommend to rent through them!

Paramount property management LLC is ran by Michael Miller. My experience with this company resulted in my family being homeless. We were approved for a property and the property manager Yesenia refused to meet me with my deposit within the time allowed. I was promised a second property but then my application was canceled. I believe it was because of my race.

I tend to only leave reviews when things have gone extremely wrong or very right. My recent experience with this company (we're new tenants in this property)went very right. I called them for an issue with our AC and they had someone come out the same day. Can't say anything negative about this management company, always quick to respond. Highly recommend!!

I've been a great tenant at a property managed by this company for 2 years. I pay rent on time and up until now have dealt with Angela, who I have a good relationship with and who has been great. Unfortunately she is on vacation and I just experienced the rudest most unprofessional treatment from someone named "Talon", if that's how you spell it.
My AC has been broken since Tuesday 3/9, after two service requests and 3 voicemails I finally got a callback from "Talon" who didn't have someone at the property until 3/11. It's now 3/12, a Friday and the AC won't be fixed for another few days at best.
When I called "Talon" back to let him know this and ask what can be done as being in 80+ degree weather im Florida with no AC for over a week is really not possible with a child and working from home....he proceeded to become aggressive at me for no reason completely unprovoked, I was merely asking questions and had not been rude at all, then when I asked him to not speak to me that way he hung up on me.
I called back and asked if he hung up on me and his response was "yes, are you capable of speaking normally?" As if I was rude, which was absolutely false. I then asked to speak with a manager and he said "congratulations you're talking to one" so I asked to speak to his manager and he said "you'll have to wait until Monday".
When I told him "this is the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I've ever had" he said "well how about this" and hung up on me a 2nd time.
This is the most disgusting display I've ever experienced. This individual should not be working for a company that is supposed to help tenants especially good tenants which are rare these days.
This issue needs to be addressed. I want to speak with upper management and I will be contacting the better business bureau.

I've been living in one of their homes for a few months now, and every time we have tried to reach out with a concern, the company has completely ignored us. When they have addressed the issue, they try to blame it on something else entirely. They also do not respond promptly to our service requests (took 3 months to get two toilets fixed, caused our water bill to skyrocket). When they actually do try to schedule maintenance, they have no regard for our working schedule and will send us text messages saying someone will be there at this time today and that someone needs to let them in. They put off the insurance appraisal for the property and tried to force the responsibility on us to take off from work and meet them there. It is also difficult to decipher what homes they actually manage, as some of them are not posted on their website and when their properties are posted on Zillow or other sites, the realtor is listed as the manager and not the actual company. PLEASE do your research on the house you want to lease in the Orlando area and avoid this company at all costs.

Communication has been great and the few times that we needed repairs we've received prompt professional service technicians. We always felt well represented and look forward to our next home we found with their partnership.
