I've bought two properties, sold one and completed even more refinances with the loan team and can easily say, hands down, that David and Stephen at Advantage Real Estate will do whatever it takes to the get the price, loan, interest rate or property that you want, and even more important, need! I say this after using other mortgage brokers and agents from big and small agencies. Everyone wants to make a sale, but there are two key differences I've observed with Advantage over the years: 1. they spend the time (my first ever property, a 2 bedroom condo, took 18 months to find and secure, their hourly rate in the end was probably less than minimum wage!) to find you something of value (and you should trust their experience. I had an opportunity to buy a first floor unit that was move-in ready but they convinced me to talk down the offer on a third floor unit that was a complete disaster. The first floor condo sold for over $150k less than mine did (within 12 months). Their experience has made me a lot more money which has provided opportunities that I wouldn't normally have), 2. they're full-service, meaning, they can find you a great loan/interest rate as well which reduces the amount of different people you need to deal with.

The loan manager, Stephen Schiller, get's it done!! Using the profits from the condo (which David sold for in 2 weeks for the highest price per sq. foot in the area at the time) I had an opportunity to put it down on a house in a great neighborhood with great schools, but, it was going to a stretch to convince the bank due to the extreme criteria one has to meet for jumbo loans (don't even get me started on that). It took a stressful 4 months to secure, but no matter what hurdle came our way, or set back we experienced, or personal matter that came up Stephen did not quit. He kept an extremely positive attitude and kept seeking new avenues to go down in order to secure the loan, and interest rate, that we needed to make it happen.
The loan team combined with the experience, and dare I say "wisdom" of David as an agent make a highly effective team that you can't lose with. I look forward to working with Advantage Real Estate for years to come and suggest anyone that is even slightly interested in buying something, anything, in the next two years give them a call today.

David did not disclose to me that someone had died in the apartment he rented me. I had to find out from multiple other people. Additionally, he doesn't know the meaning of the word professionalism since he can't refrain from making unwelcome advances on prospective tenants. And now he's proven himself an outright liar by stating easily discredited claims in his reply. I wouldn't recommend him or this company for any of your real estate needs.
