I called Jesse because he is one of the biggest in town. When we met at the house, he, unlike the other agents I interviewed, gave me a lower listing price than I had wanted/expected. He said, if I want to sell the house quickly, the market really knows the price, and it will sell. However, if I over price it just a little, say, the 3M I wanted, it could languish for many months. We ended up getting about 5 great offers, and the house eventually sold for over asking. What was most impressive about Jesse was in fact the process. They said, we list Thursday, do this and that, hold it open for two weeks, show it relentlessly, and then we'll pick the best offer after a counter process identified on a specific date. I truly believe this gave my property the best exposure to the market, and we got a fair price, that was stressless, and everyone was excited about. Jesse was honest, aggressive, but fair and reasonable. Out of about 10 real estate sales/purchases I've done - Jesse's process, structure, people, and ease of sale were all the best. I would undoubtedly hire him again.

They were exceedingly knowledgeable about my neighborhood and building in marina del rey, very thoughtful around how to price and market the unit, and ultimately generated a highly desirable result with the condo sale closing within 5 weeks of listing at 10%+ over asking. The transaction was nuanced and required a leaseback - the team understood all of the constraints and negotiated a great deal.

O’Brien and Jesse Weinberg of Weinberg and Associates were part of a fantastic team. They sold our condo at a price higher than any ever received for our complex and at record time. They were very savvy about the market, suggesting a listing price that
would elicit much traffic and interest, despite the unpredictable transitional market and high interest rates. They also suggested minor changes in decor and paint that would present our unit best. They were right as we received 7 offers, all higher than
the listing price, which was already higher than the estimates predicted by discount brokers. We closed 15 days after escrow.

We could have listed the property at 1% listing cost plus the 2.5% to the buyer’s agent. However, we are very glad that we paid the regular listing fee of 5% because we could not have done better with anyone else. They were worth the extra 1.5%. They went
the distance to make the process smooth and easy for us. This was the easiest sale we have ever experienced. From MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to finish, the process took 25 days. I recommend them with enthusiasm. A++++++ all the way.
