They hold meetings & ignore questions. They pretend you're not there. They don't answer questions. I have never experienced such rudeness.

They manage Cypress Springs Townhomes in Melbourne. They don't care one bit about our MAJOR lack of parking or the fact that the owners of many of the units are renting to FIT students who are renting rooms out to friends which means 3-5 cars per 1 unit. I've had to park on other streets because I can't find parking in front of or even near my unit. They claim to be working on a solution but according to the residents here and my 2 years experience back and fourth with them about parking, they have been working on it for over 4 years and no solution is in the near future. They're just a bunch of people who don't live here, don't face these daily challenges, but make decisions about it. It's so bad that people park in the coves and handicap spots. They will leave you notices threatening you with fines if you have a green light outside to honor the military or a few plants, but ignore the car with the flat tire and 2 year old tag that's been sitting in a parking space for over a year. It's really a shame if you live here with your 1 vehicle and your family. It's a party place for students. Them and their guests take up every parking spot, wake you up all hours of the night with their loud cars and yelling, laughing, THROWING UP, (yes, this happened) and drunk nonsense in the parking lot. They took away our recycling bins because the residents here are PIGS who don't follow any of the rules. The grounds keepers blow rocks into your vehicles leaving dings and when you send this management company video proof of it, their response is "we'll talk to them." I even have video of him swiping the side of my truck with the end of the blower because he gets so dangerously close! I could go on and on about their lack of care. I'd stay clear of this management company AND Cypress Springs off of Eber Road in Melbourne.

Leland Management oversees the Heritage Isle community in Viera. In five + years I have never had an issue with them dealing with any of my concerns in a timely manner.
